GRC Dental's range of Australian Dental Loupes (also referred to as Surgical Loupes) have found their way into the hands of many Australian and International Dentists and Dental Health Professionals since introduction.

Starting with a single line of affordable dental loupes in Australia, GRC Dental grew quickly and began to develop better designed dental loupes for professionals and students around the world.

Our ongoing improvements are demonstrated through our range of the very popular OptiVis Dental Loupes.

7-Day Trail Period

Don't buy any other loupes before you've tried GRC Dental.
When you purchase your Loupes or LED Headlights from GRC Dental, all our customers have a 7 Day Exchange/Refund Period.
The 7 Day trial period begins from the day you receive your order.
 
During this period, you can try out the items you have bought to see if you are comfortable with them. If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer a 100% refund or exchange once the item is shipped to us - No questions asked!
 

Exchanges & Returns

We accept returns/exchanges for a working distance. Additional shipping fees may apply if there is a difference in cost between the exchanged products.
 

All GRC Dental products come with a 12-Month Warranty

All GRC Loupes come with a limited warranty for the period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. GRC Dental products sold by GRC Dental on other websites may not be covered under this warranty and it is the buyer responsibility to confirm these details. GRC Dental will either repair or replace the loupes to provide the best possible outcome for both the product and the buyer. All loupes returned for repairs and replacements are subject to inspection by GRC Dental.
 
Please contact GRC Dental in writing (info@grcdental.com.au) before returning your loupes to receive a Return Confirmation Number (RCN).
 
Each returned item must include the following:
  • RCN
  • Proof of Purchase (receipt)
  • Written statement describing the nature of fault
  • Buyer's NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER
Any returned item that does not include all articles mentioned above may be considered incomplete and may delay the process.
 
Warranty does not apply in the following situations:
  • Product has been mishandled or abused
  • Unauthorized repairs have been attempted or performed
  • Regular wear and tear

Shipping & Delivery

All items will be mailed via Registered Mail internationally and via Express Mail or Registered Mail within Australia (to the discretion of GRC Dental).
All GRC Dental deliveries are mailed using registered mail to include a tracking number and a signature on delivery for your convenience.
Proof of mailing can be provided to the buyer upon request.
